Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StratusCoreTech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

StratusCoreTech provides cloud infrastructure architecture, deployment, optimization, and related technical services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Cloud architecture design and implementation
  • Kubernetes orchestration and container management
  • CI/CD pipeline automation
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
  • Security and compliance hardening
  • Performance optimization
  • Disaster recovery and backup solutions
  • Cloud cost optimization

3. Service Agreements

All services are provided under a separate Service Agreement ("SOW") that will be executed prior to project commencement. The SOW will define:

  • Specific deliverables and scope of work
  • Project timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and pricing
  • Technical specifications and requirements

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in the SOW:

  • All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
  • Custom infrastructure code developed specifically for Client becomes Client property upon full payment.
  • General tools, methodologies, and frameworks developed by StratusCoreTech remain our property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratusCoreTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

  • Third-party cloud provider outages or failures
  • Client's misuse of deployed infrastructure
  • Force majeure events
  • Actions taken by Client's employees or contractors

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, España.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

At StratusCoreTech, we are committed to delivering high-quality cloud infrastructure services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service Commencement

Due to the nature of our services, work begins immediately upon project kickoff. Once a service has been initiated and work has commenced, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Before Work Begins (Within 48 hours of payment): Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • After Work Begins: Refunds are calculated based on work completed versus total project scope.

3. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Refund calculations will be as follows:

  • 0-25% completion: 75% refund of remaining work
  • 26-50% completion: 50% refund of remaining work
  • 51-75% completion: 25% refund of remaining work
  • 76-100% completion: No refund

4. Service Not Delivered

If StratusCoreTech fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), a full refund will be issued for the undelivered portion of the project.

5. Technical Issues

In the event of technical issues arising from our delivered infrastructure:

  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
  • If resolution is not possible within 30 days, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to [email protected]
  • Include your project reference number and reason for refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party licensing fees already paid
  • Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred
  • Consultation fees for work already performed
  • Domain registration fees

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, España.
